Counselling Sessions
50 minute session.
Low Income Counselling Session
50 minute session. We require proof from you, such as a student union card or letter, or email from the Department for Work and Pensions, for you to access this service.
Blue Light Card Members
50 minute session. We require proof of Blue Light Card Membership.
Fees can be paid via BACS or cash. To book your first session, a £10 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 24 hours before the session. For all subsequent sessions, full payment is required at the time of booking. We recommend booking your next session during your current appointment to secure your preferred day and time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Clients accessing low-income or Blue Light Card discounts may, where appropriate, be offered sessions with a student counsellor, either online or by telephone.
