Integrative Counselling
Integrative Counselling combines several different styles and techniques to suit the clients individual needs. You can find out more here.
We currently only offer counselling sessions on an individual basis. If you are looking for couples or group counselling, you can search for other counsellors and services here.
Please reach us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Your first session is an opportunity for you to meet your counsellor and to see whether counselling is right for you.
To start, your counsellor will talk through the counselling contract, to which they will require a signature from you to confirm that you are happy to go ahead, should you wish to.
For the remainder of your session, you will be free to talk to your counsellor about what you would like to get from your counselling.
We understand that counselling isn't for everybody. So, if you decide that you don't want to continue; for whatever reason, just let your counsellor know.
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations,. Any cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount.
